Furst Ranch entered the cutting horse industry in 1991 with the purchase of a one-third interest in a yearling Smart Little Lena mare, Jewels Little Lena. From that purchase, we have grown to approximately 20 horses, including two stallions and several broodmares. Although small in comparison to others, we believe we have accumulated and are raising quality cutting horses. John Wold, our resident trainer, has trained for us since the beginning. The following pages include photos, pedigree information, and show accomplishments for our horses.

Our two stallions, Smart Quick Merada and Cats Merada, will be standing for the first time to the public during the 2004 breeding season. We hope you will consider them for your 2004 breeding plans.
